Albert L. Richey

Albert L. Richey serves as an independent director of KYN and KMF. Mr. Richey retired from Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in August 2016 after serving as Senior Vice President Finance and Treasurer from January 2013 to August 2016. Mr. Richey joined Anadarko in 1987 as Manager of Treasury Operations and held the positions of Vice President, Special Projects, and Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Richey’s background in the oil and gas industry includes The Offshore Company (a predecessor company to Transocean Ltd.), United Energy Resources and Sandefer Oil & Gas. Mr. Richey previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Kayne Anderson Energy Development Company, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Houston and Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Richey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce in 1971 from the University of Virginia. In 1974, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
