Mark Mangilit

Mark Mangilit is a managing director for Kayne Anderson and chief compliance officer at KYN. Mangilit is responsible for trade and portfolio compliance and other compliance projects and initiatives.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2019, Mangilit was a compliance manager for the chief investment officer of the University of California in Oakland. Prior to that, Mangilit was a compliance manager at Passport Capital and a vice president in the compliance group of BlackRock.

Mangilit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California and a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
